Three Areas of Student Involvement
Whether your student thrives on the court, on the stage, or in the community, Sunshine Bible Academy offers meaningful opportunities to develop character and discover God-given potential.
Athletics
As SDHSAA members, the Crusaders compete in cross country, volleyball, football, basketball, wrestling, track and field, and rodeo. Our student-athletes learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship through year-round competition.
Fine Arts
SBA has a reputation for excellence in fine arts. Students shine through choir, concert band, handbells, worship team, ministry team, oral interpretation, one-act play, and a full spring drama production.
Other Opportunities
From FFA and robotics to missions trips and servant days, SBA students engage in hands-on learning and community service. We are the only non-public school in South Dakota with an FFA chapter.
More Than Academics
At Sunshine Bible Academy, co-curricular activities are an extension of the classroom. Whether students are competing on the field, performing on stage, or serving in the community, they are building character, discovering their gifts, and learning to glorify God in everything they do.
Our coaches, directors, and advisors are committed to mentoring students both spiritually and personally. Every practice, rehearsal, and project is an opportunity to grow in faith, perseverance, and teamwork. Students at SBA do not just participate — they are transformed.
