SBA employs a variety of team members who work together to provide an outstanding Christ-centered education and boarding experience.
Teaching Faculty
SBA seeks passionate Christian educators across all subject areas, including Bible, English, math, science, history, agriculture, and vocational programs. Teachers at SBA integrate Scripture into every lesson and build personal relationships with students both in and outside the classroom.
Dorm Staff
As a boarding school, SBA relies on dedicated dorm supervisors who live on campus and provide a safe, nurturing environment for students. Dorm staff serve as mentors and role models, guiding students through daily routines, devotionals, and the challenges of growing up away from home.
Support & Coaching
From administrative and office support to coaching athletics and leading extracurricular activities, SBA offers a range of roles for individuals who want to contribute to student life. Many positions combine coaching or activity leadership with other responsibilities on campus.
